Your boobs will become very sensitive during labor and if they do start leaking then don't worry about it, they're just adding to the beautiful experience of giving birth. Really, it's ok. Your baby is usually awake for the first hour after they have escaped from the womb so this is usually the best time to start breastfeeding and your midwife is happy to help you along the way.
