16. Head-planting The Floor In The Crow Pose

Unless your core strength was impeccably robust before you started yoga, it probably took you a hell of a lot of practice, months of arm bruises and plenty of face-to-floor incidents to finally master the Crow. A lot of us are still trying.

15. When People Start Packing Up During Savasana

Savasana is not optional! Even if it was, why on Earth would you want to leave before the most enjoyable part of yoga class - the little nap at the end? It is of course, much more than that: the Corpse Pose is a metaphor for dying then coming back to life (morbid, we know) but it relaxes your mind and muscles equally. If you do it right, you truly feel like you're floating - the hardest part is wiggling your fingers and toes at the end of the five minutes.
