8. Not Be Squeamish About Using Second Hand Stuff
The economy has exploded and the eco-system is screwed, putting immense pressure on all of us to reconsider the way in which we live, yet despite the money-saving and environmental benefits of using second hand goods, we remain incredibly squeamish about it. Of course, no ones suggesting we swap underwear or re-use toilet tissue; that would be gross. Still, dumping grounds continue to pile up with items still in perfect working order as we flock to stores to hand over our hard-earned cash for a brand new version thats barely different to the one we just dumped. In a world increasingly unable to sustain such rapid levels of production and consumption, however, the idea of share and share again might be something we have to get used to sooner rather than later.
