3. You Learned From Their Mistakes

You learned how much whiskey was too much whiskey and how the smell of sick was difficult to wash out of your hair and clothes. You realised that having a date for prom wasn't that big of a deal and you would rather spend time with your friends and work hard in school than get caught up amongst all of the drama.
