18. 'I Asked To Speak To The Manager, I Was Told She Way Lying Down And Wouldn't Come Down Unless It Was Important As She Doesn't Do Stairs'

The Dolphin Hotel in Whitby Bay didn't impress user Adam J as he travelled here with family in August and it seemed his experience just went from bad to worse. Adam typed up this disappointed review after becoming gob-smacked that the manager wouldn't speak to him as she was lying down and a flight of stairs was just all too much for her. This then led to Adam awarding The Dolphin Hotel with 1/5 marks for service. Understandable.
