As we have learned on our journeys through the deep recesses of internet comments, hoteliers come across all sorts of things that they shouldn't reasonably be expected to. For our money, being involved in a hostage situation with a white supremacist being taken down by two dozen SWAT team members is the worst one. Or the best, because that is the number one best story of a bad day at work that will have you winning dinner parties for the rest of your life! So long as you weren't the white supremacist.
