4. He Is The Only President In History To Be Sent To Oxford University On A Rhodes Scholarship
After graduating from Georgetown University in Washington DC with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service Degree in 1968, Clinton won a Rhodes Scholarship to University College, Oxford, in Britain. The scholarship, named after Cecil John Rhodes, is an international postgraduate award for selected foreign students and is extremely prestigious - with Clinton the only US President ever to receive one. While he studied in Oxford, Clinton took up rugby - and even joined Little Rock Rugby club in Arkansas upon his return to the US.
