9. She Won A Grammy For Best Spoken World Album In 1997... For Her Book "It Takes A Village"

Clinton's 1996 book "It Takes A Village: And Other Lessons Children Teach Us" presented a vision for the children of the USA - and it made the Best Seller List of the New York Times, such was its popularity. In fact, in 1997, Clinton received the Grammy Award for Best Spoken World Album for the book's audio recording - a prize her husband Bill has also claimed twice. Other books published by Clinton include "Dear Socks, Dear Buddy: Kids' Letters to the First Pets" (1998), "An Invitation to the White House: At Home with History" (2000), as well as her autobiography "Living History" (2003) - for which she received a near-record advance of £5.5million ($8million) - and her second set of memoirs "Hard Choices" (2014).
