3. His First Job Was As A Weatherman

For all the things Stalin is remembered for (most of them horrific, obviously) one achievement that's been buried in the annals of history is his stint as a weatherman. The Tiflis Meteorological Observatory, which provided huge chunks of Mother Russia with its weather reports, briefly appointed one Joseph Stalin to record things like rainfall and atmospheric pressure. Shame he didn't take to it, all things considered.
