20 Things You Won't Believe People Tried To Take On Flights

5. An Emotional Support Goose

Reddit/Sustainable TableReddit/Sustainable TableMaybe a distant cousin to the Sexual Harassment Panda? Honestly, we're impressed with the ballsiness of this particular passenger. Clearly they were a nutball who just couldn't bear to be away from their beloved goose for more than a couple of hours, but they were still of sound enough mind to come up with an insane excuse to have it onboard that actually worked. Kudos to you, goose lover!

4. Turkey And "Stuffing"

Reddit/ButterballReddit/Butterball...Let's just move onto the next one. We're sure that was a Thanksgiving Weekend to remember, but we don't wanna have to think about it.

3. A Tree-Sized Bindle

Reddit/TelegraphReddit/TelegraphThis is an old Beadle's About prank, right? No real-life person would think a ten foot long tree branch was the best way to transport their worldly possessions, let alone try and take that branch as carry-on luggage for a flight across Australia right? Right??

2. Five Dead Cats

Reddit/20th Century FoxReddit/20th Century FoxThis is either the craziest thing somebody's ever tried to put on a plane, or the saddest. Either this old woman was just trying to take her dead pets home for a proper burial, in which case this is a truly heartbreaking story of the lengths people go to when they have an unbreakable bond with their pets. Otherwise it's a crazy cat lady who doesn't understand that cats don't have 30 day return periods where you can return them if they're "broken", and it's a story of elderly insanity.
