Rather than good ole Santa Claus, the mascot for the Holiday's at Universal is the Grinch and let's be honest, he is the best Christmas character.

The Grinch is sassy and full of attitude, with a wicked sense of humour and a love of rotting garbage. He is the perfect cheerleader for Christmas at Universal Orlando Resort, a theme park that has always strived to be different.

Fans of the Grinch can catch him in his own musical stage production at Islands of Adventure, "Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular". Based upon a mixture of the classic animated cartoon and Jim Carey's portrayal, the show is fun with some catchy tunes. Regular shows run throughout the day so there are plenty of opportunities to catch the performance.

Even though the acting and dance numbers are superb the main star of the show is undoubtedly.... Max. The furry partner in crime ultimately steals the show under the Grinch's feet - sorry Grinch even though you are brilliant, nothing can top a dog with a fake antler on his head.

For those who want to spend more time with the mean one he is available for you to meet at the Seuss Character Zone or even splash out and have breakfast with him and his friends.

The Grinch's tale of finding the true meaning of Christmas along with his devilishly good sense of humour makes him the perfect character to spend the holidays with.
