2. The Hotels Envelope You With Christmas Cheer

Universal have gone all out to make their resorts as festive as possible. You can't get stirred for tinsel, Christmas trees and baked good displays.

Even from my pool facing room at the newly opened Sapphire Falls, I could faintly hear Carol of the Bells playing across the lounge chairs. You really are taken into a Christmas wonderland.

It's very easy to lose count at the number of Christmas trees around the resort. They are everywhere, but it is never too overwhelming, more like a warm Christmas hug.

If you're lucky enough to be staying at the resort over Christmas, there are buffets, Hanukah celebrations and even carol singers.

Santa Claus will also be making appearances at the resorts throughout the festive period. So if you want to ask for a few last minute things for Christmas, he will be meeting guests around the hotels.
