4. The Selfies Generation
Is there anything more annoying than the people who pop up on your newsfeed with the constant stream of pictures of them standing in front of a mirror with their phone? Selfies, as they're called, are just people who think they are attractive taking pictures of themselves using their phone. What sometimes makes it fun is that in when they change it up and snap a mirror reflection, the phone sometimes covers the face. You couldn't make this up. Why, you ask? It's pretty simple. The selfies get put up so others can say how beautiful somebody looks and mostly receive compliments from males or females in particular that they're interested in. When told how nice the picture is, they always give a pathetic response saying 'Aww. Thanks very much' to pretend they don't think they are deserving of the compliment when in actual fact they obviously do. The worst kind of selfies are the ones which have a location or activity as the caption. For example, 'Going to work', but it's just a picture of themselves with little or no background showing. Same goes with pets and babies. Inexplicably the half-nude selfies are less subtle with what the aim of them is, but they are equally as pathetic.
