5. Harry's Son Will Wind Up In Slytherin
Think about it... this would be the perfect way to create conflict based on something directly related to the end of the Harry Potter series. During the close of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows, Albus Severus specifically voices his concerns to Harry over whether or not he might be placed in Slytherin. Harry attempts to comfort Albus by telling him that he can just request to be placed in Gryffindor, so if he was still placed in Slytherin despite this, it would be one manifestation of feeling cursed. It's unlikely Rowling will want to undermine the story of the Harry Potter series by immediately bringing the Dark Arts back in any extensive capacity, as any Dark Arts-related threat would pale next to the shadow of Voldemort. As mentioned, the story is likely to be much more intimate Albus Severus's severely conflicted and confused feelings at being placed in Slytherin would brilliantly reflect this feeling of being cursed without bringing in the Dark Arts, showing that some curses aren't magic-based. It would also create tension and animosity between father and son, as Albus would feel lied to by Harry, and Harry may begin to question his abilities as a father (and the influence of the immense darkness of his past).
