9 Things We Learned From CIA Agent Mike Baker On Joe Rogan's Podcast

5. Marginalising Bernie

The US are in an election year, so all eyes are currently on the potential candidates that are set to battle Donald Trump for the presidency in 2020. We won't profess to know the ins and outs of the US political system, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out there that there aren't any major standouts to take on the current US president, which is quite scary for some.

Not only do Rogan and Baker discuss the fact that there's no-one really breaking out to be the main person to challenge Trump this year, they also try to understand why longtime Democrat Bernie Sanders is being pushed out of the race.

Sanders has been a staple of the US Government for a number of years and has plenty of experience. However, he seems to be a divisive choice among those in his political party and the recent scandal as to whether he told Elizabeth Warren that she'd never be president because she's a woman, certainly won't help his cause in any shape or form.
