Are Humans Inherently Evil?

1. Who Knows: Morality Is Subjective

The whole debate is a complicated one, but is it also a relatively pointless one?

Debating whether humans are "good or evil" is the ultimate man-made dilemma. Who invented the idea of good and evil in the first place? We did.

Cows don't worry about whether they're inherently moral, dolphins don't spend their Sundays confessing their sins and cats ... well, actually, cats might actually have something else going on, the shifty buggers.

We're a complex bunch. Sometimes good, sometimes bad and with a slightly egocentric habit for introspection. Perhaps the very fact that we're so concerned with whether or not we're good or evil, is an indicator that we're at least a little bit good.

Well, you know what they say. Try to be good, and if you can't be good, be lucky.
