Disneyland Paris Turns 25 - 10 Reasons You Need To Visit

1. So Much Star Wars

If you are a fan of Star Wars, this is the year you need to visit Disneyland Paris.

Star Tours: The Adventures Continue reopened in March following a year long closure to update the attraction. The ride didn't just get a lick of paint, there's now a new ride film. Just like Walt Disney World and Disneyland's version, there's now a number of different scenarios you can experience, there's around 96 different combinations to enjoy. With every ride you go on a different adventure each time as you head to a series of planets, including Jakku.

Star Tours wasn't the only ride in Discoveryland that has had a make-over. Space Mountain has been given the Star Wars treatment. You now blast off to Jakku as part of the rebel allience, but of course you run into TIE-fighters and a Star Destroyer.

You can catch a glimpse of Darth Vader at Discoveryland's Starport as he likes to patrol the area. Videopolis is also the home of the Jedi Training Academy, where your little Padawans can learn to master the force.

Discoveryland also houses Star Wars: Path of the Jedi, a 10 minute movie all about Star Wars adventure so far.

If that wasn't enough Star Wars for you, Walt Disney Studios Park next door has so much to discover as part of their Season of the Force.

The Tower of Terror makes the perfect backdrop to show Star Wars: A Galactic Celebration, a projection show that also features some of your favourite Star Wars characters on stage during the show.

You can also catch daytime performances of Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away and The March of The First Order which will both be taking place at Production Courtyard outside The Tower of Terror.

Celebrate the galactic spectacular of Star Wars this year at Disneyland Paris' 25th Anniversary celebrations.
