Disneyland Paris Turns 25 - 10 Reasons You Need To Visit

4. Half Marathon

Last year was the inaugural Disneyland Paris Half Marathon, the first RunDisney event to take place outside of the USA.

This year the event will return at the end of September. Over the weekend there will be three different races over Friday till Sunday.

What separates Disney runs from others is the chance to not only get your photos with characters but you also get to run through the parks.

Just like any other race, those who finish are given a medal to celebrate their achievement. There's even a special medal for those brave enough to complete all three races and one for finishers who also completed a race in the States.

The kids races are sold out but there are still places available for the 5k, 10k and half marathon races.
