Stephen King in It: Chapter Two
Scribner

It took a surprisingly long time, but Stephen King went all-in with the zombie genre for Cell. A novel which sees everyone using their phones at the the time of "The Pulse" turned into mindless zombies, Cell follows an artist as he pushes through the carnage to find his son. There are some gripping moments of real terror that keep the book grounded, but it's let down in the end by poor dialogue and a mostly lackluster ending.

Still, it'll keep you off your phone for a while, and there can't be much wrong with that.
