Top 10 Interactive Google Doodles

2. Doctor Who's 50th Anniversary: November 23rd 2013

Dr Who Doodle Dr. Who is a divisive show, some love it whereas others don€™t. But whether you love the Dr. or hate him you have to respect the shows quality and longevity. Google certainly did, so they created a full multiple level game to celebrate the shows 50th anniversary. The doodle allowed you to play as any Dr. you wished and challenged you to retrieve the google letters that the Daleks had stolen. What followed was a game that at times was quite challenging but not as difficult as some other doodles. In a grid based layout you must click where you want the Dr. to go, and solve puzzles to reach the stolen letter then return it to your TARDIS. But it€™s not quite that simple as you have to avoid a number of the Dr.€™s most famous enemies such as the Daleks and Cybermen. The doodle was one of the biggest and most technologically impressive ever. It took over 14 people to make and even required help from the BBC to complete. But the work was worth it as the resulting doodle is not only great fun, but an amazing tribute to the show.
