Universal have been creating horror movies since the 1930's and know just how to create a scary movie. When it comes to Halloween Horror Night mazes Universal don't just rely on the big names, they create their own.

Three of this year's mazes are based on stories of their own creations. Don't be fooled into thinking these mazes are just for filler. Many leave Halloween Horror Nights finding that these houses, where there are no constraints, are the most fun. This year's line up looks particularly intriguing

Tomb of the Ancients: "The Ancient Ones" have been released and have come to play. This maze looks like it will be loosely based on the tale of the Mummy. It seems appropriate given that a new film will be coming out next year starring Tom Cruise and Russell Crowe.

Ghost Town – The Curse of Lightning Gulch: Fondly referred to as "The Requel" during production, Ghost Town was originally featured at HHN14 and this house will be a sequel/reboot. Set in the town of Lightening Gulch, some gold hungry miners come to the town in search of their fortune but instead find only death.

Lunatics Playground 3D – You Won’t Stand A Chance: This year's Icon, Chance has been locked a way for the crimes she committed last year, but her cell has become your 3D playground. This house will see her placed in two very different worlds, one - her twisted mind, the other - her stark reality.
