The House

Based on the Amazon Prime show (which was inspired by the iconic game), Fallout takes you on a journey though a post-apocalyptic world. Just like Lucy McLean you will leave the underground Vault 33 after a massacre and head towards the surface of The Wasteland. It is here that you will encounter dangerous Scavengers and Raiders along with "mutated cockroaches known as RAD Roaches." 

This house takes you into the show's iconic places like the Super Duper Mart and allows you to come face-to-face with radiation survivor The Ghoul.

The Hype

Fallout was filled with brilliant details that fans of the show will love. The characters appear a lot in the house. Lucy, The Ghoul and Maximus made several appearances during our run through.

Before entering the maze we were warned that the power armour suits would be big, but I wasn't expecting them to be so domineering. The house had plenty of recognisable places from the show and even if you aren't familiar with the franchise you get a rough idea of what is going on in the story.

There were lots of jump scares, especially with Lucy and the Raiders in the early stages of the house. Ultimately though, I just didn't find this house scary enough to rank it any higher. 

This is a house that franchise fans will certainly enjoy. It's been done in a way that honours the tv show and was respectful of the source material.

Fallout didn't give us the creeps the way many of the other houses did but it absolutely should be experienced, particularly if you are familiar with the video game.
