The wizarding world is one many millions of people around the world wish they could experience. Not just going to Harry Potter tours in London and Florida, which are great but no more than a mere simulation, but having a proper craving for the real deal. Sadly you can only just daydream about it.
Hogwarts would be a great place that anyone from any background could feel at home. The four houses of Hogwarts known as Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw are the reasons why. By means of wearing the world's gobbiest witches hat you are sorted into the appropriate house by the particular attributes you possess. Each house holds its own standard and attribute requirement to gain entry, although it's shown there is a little wiggle room if you beg.
The heroes of the story all belong to Gryffindor house and we mostly learn about this one in particular due to this. Little information in comparison is learned about the other three houses as none of the major characters managed to find their way into them.
