Stephen King's pen has birthed many iconic characters since he started writing novels in the 70s and we've had the pleasure to see a lot of them in film as well. Sometimes it has been more of a displeasure since King's characters have a way of getting under your skin and scaring you real bad. Yes, we're looking at you, Zelda from Pet Sematary. And sometimes it has been a displeasure on account of the movies being straight up bad. Yes, we're looking at you, Dreamcatcher.

But no one can deny King's superpower when it comes to writing nightmare fuel, and a bunch of them actually did really well on the silver screen. You probably remember these characters and monsters from your recurring nightmares since you were a kid, but can you match them with the movie adaptation they're in?
