10 Best Managers At 2014 World Cup

4. Ottmar Hitzfeld - Switzerland

Hitzfeld is retiring from managing after the World Cup, and when that happens it will be the end of an excellent career. He€™s managed to lead Switzerland to a fair amount of success, including getting them to a point where they were a seeded team in this year€™s tournament. Hitzfeld also managed them at the last World Cup, where they famously beat Spain 1-0, although they didn€™t make it out of the group. They will hope for better results this year. In Switzerland and Germany€™s domestic leagues, however, he€™s had an abundance of success. He managed both Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich, winning a Champions League at both clubs, and winning seven Bundesliga titles between the two. There€™s a reason that many consider him the best manager to ever grace the Bundesliga. Now he€™ll try to go down as a Swiss legend as well.
