3. The Proper Mackem - "Serious Complaints"
Thanks to the emergence on Twitter and Youtube of self-styled "real" fan The True Geordie, parody and response fan accounts have appeared regularly, and the latest, and possibly most rewarding (not necessarily for the intended reasons) emerged today in light of Colback's defection across the Tyne Wear divide. Clearly, Bazza Houston was not impressed with the decision, and chose to take to his Youtube account to offer some thoughts on the matter. The video, which has now been removed - probably after Newcastle fans got hold of it and started sharing it - featured such choice "threats" as the following:
"So guess what Jack, if you score against Sunderland€ there will be Hell in Sunderland. Not from me, but from somebody else. Somebody else will complain. And I mean seriously."
Vehemently reinforcing that Colback wasn't welcome on Wearside, the message became clear that the midfielder can probably expect a tough reception if and when he reappears on Wearside in black and white:
"But Jack, here's what I'm gunna do. If you ever come anywhere near the Stadium Of Light, you'll get loads of boos. I can guarantee that."
Sadly, the last sentiment wasn't quite as clear as Baz might have hoped:
"If you're watching this, here's my message to you: get lost. We don't deserve you."
