This ground has been used as the host for the final of the AFC Asian Cup and the AFF Suzuki Cup - but it was also supposed to be the venue for a Lady Gaga gig in 2012 during her worldwide tour, until local protests forced the concert to be cancelled. I'm a 24 year old working in insurance; this is not the life I thought I would have as a boy. I was certain I would be playing for England by now, unfortunately I lack the necessary stamina, skill, fitness, strength and technique.
