3. Tom Ince
Sean Dempsey/PA Archive/Press Association ImagesEverybody knows the name Tom Ince by now. The son of Manchester United legend Paul Ince has captured the attention of many clubs after playing so well for Blackpool. He now seems set to join Hull City, after shockingly turning down the chance to join Inter Milan, where his father once played. His decision could have something to do with the racism and hostility that has often plagued Serie A. One way or another, Tom has decided that his future lies in England and the Premier League. That is nothing but good news for English football. Tom has great dribbling and goal scoring ability and is sure to light up the top flight. However, he must prove himself at that higher level if he wants to make that step up into the England senior side. He had a rather disappointing loan spell at Crystal Palace in the second half of last season, and wasn't allowed to feature enough. When deployed regularly and made a focal point, Ince has proven that he has what it takes to change games. With an excellent pedigree and a nurturing father who has done it all, he has a real chance at being great. Now the 22 year old must go to a club that will play him a lot if he is to maximize his potential. Hull City did great things for players like Huddlestone and Livermore last season, so that looks like a good move for him. If it all works out, we could see him in an England shirt sooner rather than later.
