10 Greatest Wimbledon Champions Of All Time

3. Bjorn Borg

In his relatively short professional career, Bjorn Borg won just about all there is to win in the world of tennis. The most astounding fact about the legendary Borg is that he won 41% of the Grand Slams that he entered, a tremendous feat that highlights his brilliance and shows his dominance within the sport over a short period. He won 64 career titles and was also the first professional tennis player to earn over $1 million in a season, which he earned in 1979. In terms of Wimbledon, Borg won five consecutive men's singles titles between 1976 and 1980, proving to the world that he was the greatest player in the world at that time. Unfortunately his career was not long enough for him to achieve some of the feats that other legends have managed, but he was undoubtedly a genius and a true Wimbledon legend.
