Being that she's an athlete, it should come as no surprise that Ronda Rousey is on a specialized diet. That being said she has actually switched up her dieting type over the years. There was a time when Rousey was on the vegan diet. This was as late as her early Strikeforce days when arm bars were still her specialty. It is certainly one of those challenging diets to say the least. It's unknown exactly why Rousey decided to switch diets but today she is no longer a vegan. Instead she now follows what she describes as "king of a mix between a Paleo and a Warrior diet." There are certainly benefits to a hybrid of these two types of diets as there is nothing artificial about a Paleo diet and a Warrior diet means less calories overall. Part of this diet was detailed in Rousey's appearance on UFC Primetime before her fight with Liz Carmouche. Also on that series she does admit that there are certain elements of the diet that "sucks" is seems to work overall.
