Another product of the academy, Rodwell was tipped for big things as England U21's captain and Everton starter in 2009-10. At Manchester City he does well to make the bench. Whether he'd swap a title for regular football remains to be seen. Similar to others on this list, a return to Goodison is a distinct possibility. Surplus to requirements at City it wouldn't be a surprise to see Rodwell at a new home come the start of the 2014 season. We can only hope he remembers what a football pitch looks like.
