The number one reason why Liverpool will win the 2014/15 Premier League is because they have the most talented, forward-thinking British manager in charge of them. Rodgers has done a magnificent job since arriving at Anfield in the summer of 2012, and such was the brilliance of last season he has got the Reds into a position where they are way ahead of schedule. Not many felt they would even be in this season's Champions League, let alone challenging for the title. The 41-year-old- it seems unfathomable that he was born in the same year as Ryan Giggs- has a superb outlook on the game, opting for attacking, fluent football, high pressing and hard work. He is terrific at bringing in young players and improving them, and his man management skills are also superb. He is still so young, and he will only get better in the coming years. Liverpool's fans have no doubt that Rodgers is the man to bring the glory days back to Merseyside, and he will. Those who mock his supposed David Brent-esque way of speaking, or who claim he is just a flash in the pan, are simply envious that he's not working wonders at their respective club.
