10 Reasons Liverpool Will Win The Premier League This Year
9. Arsenal Will Implode As Ever
If Liverpool fans are supposedly famous for overhyping their title chances season up season, Arsenal supporters are even worse. By the time every August swings around it is always going to be their year, with new signings and a nucleus of young players making them unstoppable in their eyes. They invariably set the Premier League pace, winning the majority of their opening 15 games and playing some of the most eye-catching football around. They also have the same starting XI every week. Disaster then strikes when a couple of key men pick up injuries, the winter months approach and their diminutive foreign stars suddenly decide to go into hibernation. Their stranglehold on first place quickly evaporates, and before long a disastrous run of results around February time sees them fighting for fourth spot. This season will likely be exactly the same. Although Alexis Sanchez is an inspired signing, Aaron Ramsey is one of the Premier League's best midfielders and Mesut Ozil should thrive in his second season at the Emirates, you can't help but feel there is still a steely edge lacking about Arsene Wenger's side, and they won't have enough to kick on once the business end of the season approaches.
