While Vlad Chiriches tends to remain quiet and doesn't moan about his situation, his performances on the pitch for Spurs are what give the impression he's losing interest in the club. Prone to mistakes, the Romanian international defender seems uninterested in removing that prominent aspect of his game - and it's starting to cost Spurs dearly when he plays. Chiriches does too much on the ball. He's a central defender and is therefore often the last man - and yet he will run straight in to trouble that everyone else can see coming from a mile off, instead of just playing a simple pass. Most recently, this gave Besiktas a point at White Hart Lane and until Chiriches chooses to adapt his game to a point where he isn't persistently causing bad things to happen, his attitude simply has to be questioned.
