10 Things WWE Fans Need To Know About The XFL

9. WWE Programming Will Push It Hard

Network or not, WWE will still push the revamped XFL like their lives depend on it.

Fans tuning into Raw, SmackDown, NXT, NXT UK, Backstage and every other broadcast can expect to see a relentless drive to promote the league early on. It's in the promotion's best interests to do so, and it's easy to predict that Friday nights on FOX will soon see Michael Cole and Corey Graves talk some football.

If you think the XFL stinks and want nothing to do with it, sorry in advance. WWE will promote, promote, promote every single chance they get, and those with about as much interest in sports as WWE has in subtlety will abhor what's coming next. There's a lot of money riding on this, and Vinnie Mac ain't about to let his football league purr quietly in the background.

It's not hard to envision XFL inserts on shows like SmackDown; cutaways could show highlights from the previous weekend's games, preview those that are coming up on Saturdays and Sundays or provide bitesized analysis. The fast forward button will be your friend if you hate sports.
