10. Joey Barton Elbows Carlos Tevez And Kicks Sergio Aguero

QPR midfielder Joey Barton, was sent off for elbowing Carlos Tevez in the last game of the 2011/12 Premier League season. Once Barton was shown the red card he then went on to kick Sergio Aguero to the ground, which caused a huge reaction from several Manchester City players. The initial elbow on the Manchester City striker was a clear assault on Tevez, which was made worse by the scenes that it led to. Barton has been a controversial character in the Premier League and to get away from this incident, he moved on loan to France last year to play for Marseille, in an attempt to turn over a new leaf.
