sparking reported interest from a number of clubs. Like Ospina, Ochoa was playing in Ligue 1 last season. However, his contract has now expired with relegated club Ajaccio, allowing him to leave the French club on a free transfer. It is a scenario which only adds to the interest surrounding the Mexican. Mexico went out of the World Cup to the Netherlands in the last-16, suffering a painful 2-1 loss after two late goals. But, Ochoa was once again named Man of the Match, just as he was against Brazil in the group stages.
