The Spaniard has been, without question, Manchester United's best player this season and would undoubtedly get into a mixed United/Arsenal team ahead of David Ospina and Wojciech Szczesny. The Red Devils boast the third best defensive record in the Premier League and most will agree that this has nothing to do with the defence but more to do with De Gea's ability to sniff out danger and position himself effectively in one on one situations and more often than not come out on top. in addition, his shot stopping has never been in question and he's made remarkable improvements in his ability to command his area and his dropped crosses that were frequent in seasons gone by, seem to have been pretty much eradicated.
