Nick Diaz made headlines when he resigned with the UFC just a few short weeks ago, after sitting out since a welterweight title fight loss to the legendary Georges St. Pierre. His first fight back was to be a hotly anticipated bout with Anderson Silva, but Diaz has gone and jeopardized all that by getting himself busted for a DUI. It's a dumb move from a fighter with a long, long history of dumb moves, including twice being suspended for drug violations (marijuana), and claiming that he didn't pay taxes for years because he didn't know how.
