I do admit that he is in the latter stages of his career, however, he still remains a world class manager. This is shown by the fact that every year he is approached by a myriad of European giants such as the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich regarding the manager's job. That's yet another thing I love about Wenger. Every year without fail, he declines these opportunities. You don't find many managers these days who give such quality service and remain loyal to one club for so many years. But Wenger is one of them. He's been at Arsenal for more than a decade and he knows the club back to front, he knows what works and he knows the ingredients of success.
