Barcelona: Should Cesc Fabregas Stay Or Go?

Go?

Centre Of Attention

Wherever Fabregas goes, he will need to be the dictator. He controls games and makes games tick. If a team is willing to pay for Fabregas he will play. No other team in the world can afford not to play him. This will suit Fabregas perfectly. If in a free role, like at Arsenal, Fabregas will be at his best. He will not have to play like Xavi. He will dictate, assist and score. A fantasy football teams dream. Fabregas is overshadowed at the moment and he knows it. Leaving will mean a fulfillment of potential immediately.

When Will Xavi Retire?

Fabregas€™ hopes of playing are pinned on Xavi not playing. As previously said, he was bought as a replacement. At this moment in time, there is nothing to replace. Xavi did have a scare last season with injury and had to play a lot less. However, he has started this season incredibly well. At age 32, Xavi does not appear to be slowing down, if anything, he is getting better. Staying at Barcelona is a gamble for Cesc. He is playing the waiting game.
