While Ashley Cole is nearing the end of his Chelsea career, so too is John Terry. The Blues veteran, 33, is out of contract at the end of the season and, though it looks likely he will be awarded a new one-year rolling deal, cannot carry on forever. Which is why Chelsea need to look into buying a replacement - someone who is young and can establish themselves as a long-term centre-back at Stamford Bridge. And that someone could be Kurt Zouma. The Saint-‰tienne centre-half, 19, is considered one of the best young defenders in Europe and finds himself frequently linked with a move to the west London club. Zouma has also been linked with Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United but recently handed Chelsea a huge boost by revealing he wants to join Mourinho's side. Etienne would likely ask for around £10 million which is a fair price and, as they would by signing Shaw from Southampton at left-back, would consolidate centre-back for years to come.
