Another star who is almost perpetually linked with a move to Chelsea is Edinson Cavani. The striker only left Napoli for French champions Paris Saint-Germain in a blockbuster £53 million move last summer but last November, reports surfaced that he was unsettled at the Ligue 1 side. Chelsea and their Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester City are all thought to be interested in the star who banged in 38 goals in all competitions for Napoli last season. The Uruguayan has also netted 18 times in 26 appearances for PSG this campaign to cement his reputation as one of European football's most deadly of marksmen. Cavani would likely command a whopping market value of above the £53 million PSG put down for him six months ago, however Chelsea are one of the few clubs who could afford that fee.
