2. Edin Dzeko
The out-of-favour Manchester City striker is another option for Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho. A recent report in the
Telegraph suggested the Bosnian could be about to swap the Etihad for Stamford Bridge this summer. Dzeko was used sparingly by former City boss Roberto Mancini last season, making half of his 32 Premier League appearances from the substitutes' bench. And the lure of more regular playing time in West London could be appealing for the 27-year-old, particularly now that we have entered a World Cup year, which makes the necessity to impress international bosses all the more vital. Dzeko's playing time could be severely hindered this season now that new manager Manuel Pellegrini has brought in the likes of Alvaro Negredo and Stevan Jovetic, while Sergio Aguero is also ahead of him in the pecking order.
