Chelsea Transfers: 5 Reasons They'd Be Mad To Let Frank Lampard Go

1. Abramovic Cutting Off His Nose To Spite His Face?

Roberto-dematteo Abramovic has been cold and cruel in getting rid of people when things aren't going well. He has a track record for it. When he hasn't gotten what he wanted, the Chelsea manager would usually be the first to get the bullet. Just ask Roberto di Matteo, he won the FA Cup and Champions League but still lost his job after finishing sixth in the Premier League. The fact is, when things aren't working out, the Chelsea owner can't handle it and tries to change things. Now it looks like he has turned his attention to his players. He has perhaps seen Frank Lampard, and pinned the blame on him for failing to win the Premier League for the past two seasons. Abramovic has always stated that he wants to see attractive football, attacking football, fast-paced football. Now that Lampard has perhaps lost that yard of pace, he might now think he doesn't fit the mold for his model anymore. But getting rid of Lampard would be like cutting off his nose just to spite his face - Chelsea don't have to play fast and attacking football all the time, there are other ways. Chelsea fans - what do you think? Should Frank Lampard stay at Chelsea or is it time for him to go? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
