England: 5 Players Who Proved They're Good Enough For Glory vs Brazil

1. Joe Hart

Joe Hart One only has to think back to the first England game of the 2010 World Cup to remember England's goalkeeping woes. However, it would appear that England have found a longterm solution to this problem. England's number one stepped up at a pivotal moment in the match by not only stopping Ronaldinho's penalty, but also doing remarkably to reach back and prevent a rebounded effort going in. Although not in his finest form for his club, having Hart in goal does instil some form of confidence with the England faithful. If Hart is not already, he is well on his way to becoming a world class player that almost any team would envy. Joe Hart was calm and assured throughout the game, and could not have done much more for the goal conceded. So despite England not being a World Cup favourite, and quite rightly so, it would appear that the team has at least 5 players good enough for glory, and it is up to team as a whole to maximise their potential. Only time will tell how good this new look team can be, but a win against the Samba Boys will not do any harm. Do you think England have the potential for World Cup glory? Share your thoughts below.
