Fantasy Football Tips: 5 Transfers You Must Make In Gameweek 32

3. Robert Snodgrass

Team: Norwich City Position: Midfielder Value: £5.9m Selected by: 4.0% Total score: 87 Points from last 4 games: 21 (5.25 ppg) Next 4 fixtures: Swansea City (A), West Bromwich Albion (H), Fulham (A), Liverpool (H) Robert Snodgrass has been on fine form, scoring thrice and assisting once in his past five matches. Like I said in last week's guide, a rule of thumb before deciding whether we should purchase a player or not would be to observe his past four matches. Snodgrass obtained a cool 21 points, and prior to Gameweek 28, where he accured zero points, he got himself a solid 11 points in an unexpected 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur. Along with the Spurs game and his three appearances prior to that, he scored 23 points, which suggests that he is heading towards the end of the campaign with consistent form should he avoids injury. The 26 year-old midfielder created 55 chances this season, 24 more than any other player in a Norwich squad glaringly lacking firepower. Being the main attacking outlet of the team, should Snodgrass get on top of his game, which he is doing very successfully right now, you can be sure that serious points are going to start rolling in, especially with manageable fixtures in their next three games. By the looks of it, he is basically carrying his whole team right now, and with such a high amount of responsibilities, he will either crumble under the intense stress and the incompetency of his teammates, or thrive wildly and secure major points in Norwich€™s remaining matches. Point for consideration though, Norwich's last four games of the season are against the traditional top four of English football; Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal. Snodgrass looks like a good option to plug some missing gaps or as a replacement to a underachieving midfielder, but definitely not a shrewd acquisition in the long run. Judging by his performances in his previous weeks, I am quite certain that he will continue his fine form, which will likely droop towards the end, but till then, he is still a relatively worthy option at £5.9m if you have some remaining cash to spare.
