3. Ricardo Quaresma
The former Barcelona, Inter Milan, Porto and Chelsea winger has reportedly been offered to Liverpool on a free transfer. The 29-year old is a free agent having terminated his contract with Turkish club Besiktas last month. If we're being honest with ourselves, Stewart Downing has never managed to light up Anfield since his move from Aston Villa, and has only scored one goal in 42 appearances. Brendan Rodgers then needs a new winger to inject a bit more quality to the flanks, and if he can sign the Portuguese ace for nothing then he hasn't got much to lose really. If Quaresma can replicate his form at Porto from 2004-2008 when he banged in 24 goals from the wing then there is every chance he could be a quality signing for Liverpool. Source(s):
