He is going to need a new attacking midfielder and Ajax's Christian Eriksen would fit that role perfectly. The exciting 20-year old has bags of potential and an eye for goal - he has provided 10 assists and scored 7 himself in the Eredivisie so far this season and was an integral part of the team that won the Dutch Championship last year. News broke late last year that Eriksen has refused a contract extension with the club and with his current deal set to expire in 2014, Ajax could now be willing to listen to offers for their star player.
