Man Utd: 5 Players Most Letting David Moyes Down

1. Rafael da Silva

Really I could have picked either Da Silva brother for this as Fabio hasn€™t exactly set the world on fire this season. Fabio has only been a part of a few games for Man Utd this season and his biggest contribution was to get sent off in the FA Cup tie against Swansea. Anyway moving onto his twin brother Rafael has started 10 games this year having been out with an ankle injury and is a regular in the first team after Gary Neville retired. Going forward like most Brazilian players Rafael is dynamic and quick with a great touch and a powerful shot it€™s in his defensive role where he lets the side down. He is too aggressive and careless when he has his back towards his own goal and that has cost him and Man Utd on several occasions. Already in his short career Rafael has been sent off 3 times and there have been several incidents where the young defender has been lucky to stay on the field. I don€™t think Rafael means to be a bad defender in fact I wonder sometimes why he is not given a role further forward influencing the attack. Utd already have some good players who can play at right back so it would make sense to push Rafael further forward. Rafael can only get better and will need to as do most players in the Man Utd squad to help support David Moyes during his struggles. But what do you think am I right? Have I picked the right players? Or maybe I didn€™t pick enough? Whatever you think go to the comments section and voice your opinions.
